| 摘 要： | 采用杜英落叶对真丝织物进行拓染,探讨各种媒染剂和媒染方法对拓染效果的影响,发现硫酸亚铁的预媒染效果较好.在硫酸亚铁预媒工艺条件下,对媒染剂质量浓度、媒染时间、媒染温度、汽蒸时间进行优化,得出最佳媒染工艺条件,即媒染剂质量浓度5 g/L,媒染时间25 min,媒染温度25℃,汽蒸时间40 min.

| Abstract: | Eco-printing of the silk fabric is carried out with the extracts from elaeocarpus decipiens leaves.The effects of various mordants and mordanting methods on the dyeing effect are discussed.It is found that the pre-mordant dyeing effect of the silk fabric with the ferrous sulfate mordant is the best.Under the condition of pre-mordant dyeing with ferrous sulfate,the mass concentration of mor?dant,mordanting time,mordanting temperature and steaming time are optimized.The optimum mor?danting process conditions are obtained as follows:mordant 5 g/L,mordanting time 25 min,mordanting temperature 25℃,steaming time 40 min. |
