Clinical Value and Accuracy Analysis of Diagnosis of Idiopathic Girls with Precocious Puberty by High Frequency Breast Ultrasound

Objectives:To analyze the clinical value and accuracy of diagnosis of idiopathic girls with precocious puberty by high frequency breast ultrasound.Methods:62 idiopathic girls with precocious puberty diagnosed by hormone examination and secondary characteristic examination were selected as the study objects.The 62 above-mentioned girls were listed as the research group,and the other 62 girls underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period of time were listed as the control group.All study objects were admitted from January,2018-December,2019.Both groups received high frequency breast ultrasound,and the examination results of two groups were compared.Results:The echo of peripheral glands and the length and thickness of central hypoechoic area of mammary gland in the control group were significantly better than those in the research group(P<0.05).The longitudinal diameter,transverse diameter,anteroposterior diameter and volume of the uterus in the research group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The accuracy of ultrasonic diagnosis was lower than that of pathological examination(P<0.05).Conclusion:The diagnostic value of high frequency breast ultrasound on idiopathic girls with precocious puberty is obvious,and the accuracy of examination is high,which can be further popularized and applied clinically.
