Diagnostic Significance of Two-dimensional Echocardiography,BNP,6MWT and MMRC in Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective:To explore the diagnostic significance of two-dimensional echocardiography,BNP,6 MWT and MMRC in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods:A total of 96 patients with AECOPD admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were included,including 48 patients with right heart dysfunction of AECOPD,which were set as the study group and 48 patients with AECOPD as the control group.Two groups of patients were examined by two-dimensional echocardiography,BNP,6 MWT and MMRC,and the diagnostic significance was compared.Results:The values of tapse(15.58±3.58)mm,s’(10.58±3.85)cm/s and rvfac(35.83±9.81)%in the study group were lower than those in the control group(19.754.68)mm and s’(12.57±1.85)The levels of BNP(70.48±9.85)pg/ml and 66 WMT(317.58±23.85)m)m in the study group were lower than those in the control group(125.84±3.85)pg/ml,66 WMT(395.85±36.83)m)m,the MMRC(1.84±0.31)score was significantly higher than that of the control group(0.75±0.55),(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined detection of two-dimensional echocardiography,BNP,6 MWT and MMRC in patients with AECOPD can effectively diagnose right ventricular dysfunction,which can be used as the first clinical diagnosis method and is worth popularizing.
