摘    要:某公司冶炼厂电解车间30万吨铜电解系统自2014年达产达标后,面临在不增加设备设施条件下提高产能的问题.通过采取提高作业效率、提高电流密度、修复不锈钢阴极板等工艺措施,阴极铜产能比设计产能提高了约12.6%,取得了良好的经济效益.

Abstract:Since reaching the production standard in 2014,the 300000 tons copper electrdysis system in the electrolytic workshop of a company's smelter had faced the problem of increasing production capacity without increasing equipment and facilities.By improving the operation efficiency,increasing the current density and repairing the stainless steel cathode plate and other process measures.The cathode copper production capacity was increased about 12.6%compared with the design capacity,and good economic benefits were achieved.
