麻栎壳染料的提取及在真丝织物中的应用

摘    要:以水为溶剂,采用煎煮法提取麻栎壳染料,并将其用于真丝织物的染色,试验优化了染料的提取工艺及染色工艺.结果表明:优化的提取工艺为料液比1:50,80℃提取40 min,经过滤、浓缩、干燥后,麻栎壳染料得率为32.68%;优化的染色工艺为pH值5~6,浴比1:40,80℃染色40 min.染色后真丝织物的色牢度达4级以上,...

Abstract:Using water as the solvent,the decocting method is used to extract the dye from quercus acu?tissima shell,and the extract is used in the silk dyeing.The dye extraction process and dyeing process are optimized through experiments.The results show that the optimized extraction process is the ratio of material to liquor of 1∶50,extraction at 80℃for 40 min.After filtration,concentration,and drying,the yield of dye is 32.68%.The optimized dyeing process is pH value 5-6,dyeing at 80℃for 40 min with bath ratio of 1∶40,the silk dyeings have good color fastness above Grade 4,and high bacterial inhibition against Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans,as well as good antioxidant properties.
