摘    要:铝是制造空调翅片的主要原料,亲水铝箔对于提高空调的散热性具有重要意义.通过铝箔与六次甲基四胺(C6H12N4)溶液的反应制备出了超亲水的铝表面.试验过程中主要考察了铝箔与C6H12N4溶液胺反应后,不同烘干温度对表面生成物及接触角(CA)的影响,经测试当烘干温度在60~300℃范围内表面生成了球状的Al(OH)3沉淀,...

Abstract:Aluminum is the main material for the wings of the air conditioner,and hydrophilic aluminum is important to improve heat dissipation.In this paper,the hydrophilic aluminum surface was prepared by the reaction of aluminum with C6H12 N4 solution.The influence of different drying temperature after reaction of aluminum with C6H12N4 solution on the surface product and contact angle were investigated.It was found that when the temperature was between 60—300 ℃,the surface formed Al(OH)3 with ball shape,and when the temperature was above 400 ℃,Al(OH)3 transformed to ε-Al2O3 with hexagonal structure.The contact angle(CA) and the stability of aluminum after reaction with C6H12 N4 solution and drying at different temperature are determined to be all 0°,and still be 0° after one month.
