二酰基二茂铁的抗氧化活性研究

摘    要:合成了三个二酰基二茂铁衍生物,并利用二苯代苦昧肼基自由基(DPPH·)研究了二酰基二茂铁的抗氧化活性及其影响因素.研究表明,样品浓度在5.00×10-5-5.00×10-4 mol/L范围内,提高浓度对抗氧化效果有利;随着二酰基二茂铁的酰基碳链增长,抗氧化能力减弱;在10-50℃范围内,温度升高可提高抗氧化效果.

Abstract:Three diacylferrocene derivatives were designed and synthesized.The antioxidant activities were studied through the DPPH radical(DPPH·) and the related influencing factors were also discussed.The results indicated that increasing the sample concentration in the range of 5.00×10~(-5)~5.00×10~(-4) mol/L increased the antioxidant effect.The antioxidant abilities decreased with the chain growth of diacyl ferrocene.Elevation of temperature in the range of 10~50(°C) could also increase the antioxidant effect.
