盐穴储气库低节流井下安全阀的研制

摘    要:为了满足盐穴储气库注气排卤简化技术的设计要求,降低井下安全阀节流冲蚀的影响,以内径尽可能大、外径尽可能小为原则,优化了安全阀本体连接及液控管线与安全阀连接处的密封形式,将S13Cr-P110新材料应用于弧形阀板结构,研制了最大外径?184.15 mm的盐穴储气库低节流井下安全阀,并进行了液压控制管线及液控系统压力测试、开启关闭功能测试和泄漏速率测试。研究结果表明,SVT5低节流井下安全阀降低了安全阀处29.51%的节流,符合ANSI/API Spec 14A 井下安全阀设备规范要求,水密封试验及气密封试验均合格,为盐穴储气库注气排卤完井作业技术的发展提供经验。

Research and development of low-throttling downhole safety valve for salt-cavern underground gas storages

Abstract:In order to satisfy the design requirement of the simplified gas injection and brine discharge technology for salt-cavern underground gas storages and reduce the influences of the throttling erosion at downhole safety valves, this paper optimized the sealing mechanisms of the connection in the safety valve and that between safety valve and hydraulic control pipeline according to the principle of maximizing the inner diameter (ID) and minimizing the outer diameter (OD). The new material S13Cr-P110 was applied to the arc valve plate, and the low-throttling downhole safety valve (maximum OD 184.15 mm) for salt-cavern underground gas storages was developed. In addition, pressure test, startup/shutdown function test and leakage rate test were carried out on hydraulic control pipeline and hydraulic control system. It is indicated that SVT5 low-throttling downhole safety valve reduces the throttle at the safety valve by 29.51%, complies with the ANSI/API Spec 14A Equipment Specification of Downhole Safety Valve and is qualified in water seal test and gas seal test. The research results provide the experience for developing the well completion technologies used for gas injection and brine discharge of salt-cavern underground gas storage.
