摘    要:注气排卤是实现盐穴储气库腔体注采运行的重要工序,目前国内注气排卤工艺存在管柱注排过流面积小、排卤周期长、带压起出排卤管柱风险大、工序复杂等问题。结合金坛盐穴储气库现场情况,研制了新型高效注排采一体化管柱,并通过入井试验开展了管柱的可行性、时效性、安全性及经济性的研究。结果表明,采用新工艺后平均排卤速度由108.59 m3/h上升至136.94 m3/h,排卤效率提高约26%,单口井平均注气排卤时间从115 d缩短至91 d,节省注气排卤时间24 d;采用丢手丢弃尾管,省去了带压起排卤管工序,缩减作业时间10~15 d。新型高效注排采一体化管柱可有效提高建库速度,减少安全风险,降低建库成本,可以在盐穴储气库建设过程中推广使用。

Efficient injection-discharge-production integrated string in salt-cavern gas storages

Abstract:Gas injection and brine discharge is an important procedure to realize cavity injection and production of salt-cavern underground gas storage. At present, domestic gas injection and brine discharge technologies have the problems of small open area of gas injection and brine discharge in the string, long brine discharge period, great risk of tripping out the brine discharge string under pressure and complex procedure. A new type of efficient injection-discharge-production integrated string was developed based on the field situations of Jintan salt-cavern underground gas storage. Then, its feasibility, timeliness, safety and economy were researched by means of downhole test. It is indicated that after the application of the efficient injection-discharge-production integrated string, average brine discharge rate is increased from 108.59 m3/h to 136.94 m3/h, brine discharge efficiency is increased by 26%, average gas injection and brine discharge time per well is shorted by 24 d from 115 d to 91 d. The release is adopted to discard the liner, so the procedure of tripping out the brine discharge pipe under the pressure is skipped, and thus the operation time is shorted by 10-15 d. This new type of efficient injection-discharge-production integrated string can improve the construction speed of salt-cavern underground gas storage effectively, diminish the safety risks and reduce the construction cost of salt-cavern underground gas storage, so it can be popularized in the construction process of salt-cavern underground gas storage.
