飞机油箱密封失效检测技术探讨

摘    要:针对飞机结构油箱的典型密封形式、密封失效导致油液渗漏的常见原因、结构油箱漏孔形成过程进行分析。阐述飞机结构油箱密封性检查(泄漏检测)在飞机修理过程中常规检测方法(气泡检漏、渗透检漏)检漏原理、实际应用效果,对修理中的一些实践经验、技巧进行总结。结合油箱渗漏故障特点、渗漏机理,分析常规检漏方法灵敏度较低的工艺缺陷和改进的必要性。对结构油箱先进检漏技术的优缺点、检漏精度、行业应用需求、工程应用方案以及应用前景等进行探讨。

Abstract:The typical sealing forms of aircraft structure fuel tank, the common causes of oil leakage caused by seal failure, and the formation process of leakage holes in structure fuel tanks were analyzed. The principle and practical application effect of conventional aircraft-structure fuel tank seal inspection methods (bubble leak detection, penetration leak detection) as well as some practical experience and skills during the process of aircraft repair were summarized. Combined with the characteristics and mechanism of oil tank leakage, the process disadvantage of low sensitivity and improvement necessity of conventional leak detection methods were also analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages, leakage detection accuracy, industry application demand, engineering application schemes and application prospect of advanced leakage detection techniques were discussed.
