智能医用超声波雾化器的设计

摘    要:为了保证医用超声波雾化器安全、可靠、高效的运行,系统采用了智能检测、自动控制、CAN总线传输和嵌入式技术。利用高性能的MXT8051单片机为核心,结合超声波雾化器的工作原理,设计了一种适应于医疗系统的高稳定、低功耗医用超声波雾化仪器。详细介绍了该系统的基本结构、工作原理以及软硬件设计。实验结果证明本系统可靠稳定,雾化量能智能调节,具有很广的市场前景。

Abstract:In order to ensure medical ultrasonic nebulizer can be safe,reliable and efficient operation,intelligent detection,automatic control,CAN Bus communication and embedded technologies are used in the system.By using high-performance MXT8051 MCU as core,combined with the working principle of ultrasonic nebulizer,designed of a high stability and low power medical ultrasonic nebulize which be suitable for medical system,the dissertation described the basic structure of the system,operation principles,hardware and software design in detail.Experimental results show that the system operated reliable and stable,spray volume to intelligent adjustment,has a broad market prospect.
