化学镀Ni—P复合耐磨镀层的研究进展

摘    要:化学镀Ni—P镀层具有良好的耐蚀性,但耐磨性不佳,通过引入纳米或微米粒子可以提高其耐磨性。本文综述了近几年来国内外在颗粒增强复合镀层、稀土增强复合镀层和减摩复合镀层方面的研究进展,并指出了Ni—P复合耐磨镀层在基础研究中的主要发展方向。

Abstract:Electroless Ni-P coatings have good corrosion resistance, but poor abrasion resistance which can be improved by adding nanoszied or micron particles into Ni-P coatings. In this paper, current status of Ni-P composite coatings including particulate reinforced, rare earth reinforced, antifrictional coatings was discussed in detail. At last, main development prospects of fundamental researches on Ni-P composite coatings were also presented.
