| 摘 要： | 针对住宅商品化后集中供热收费难的问题，提出对原有供热系统进行合理地设计与改造，采取每户设置热量表及温控阀以提高能源效率，降低各环节的无效热损耗，使用户按热量值合理支付费用，从而解决了物业管理中供热收费难的问题。

| Abstract: | The paper explains diffculty of charge for central heating after residential commercialization, reasonably designs and reforms the old heating system,installs heat flowmeter and temperature control valve every house, improves heat efficiency,reduces heat loss every link,makes user pay fees reasably according to heat value, and solves difficulty of charge for heating in real estate management. |
