高风温热风炉结构探讨

摘    要:提高热风温度是高炉增加喷煤量和降低燃料比的重要措施.本文着重探讨了为提高热风炉风温水平,应采取的合理热风炉结构,在高温区采用硅砖及纠正热风管道系统存在的问题.

Abstract:Increasing the temperature of hot blast is an important measure for higher coal rate and lower fuel rate of blast furnace. To improve the blast temperature of hot blast stove, the correct configuration in hot blast stove should been used, the siliceous bricks have been used in the high-temperature area and the problems occurred in the hot-blast main have been solved. The situations mentioned above are also described in this paper.
