化学镀铜生产焊丝溶液中各成分的消耗与控制

摘    要:在化学镀铜焊丝生产中实测镀铜层厚度为0.3μm,由此计算出铜的质量分数为0.116%;通过化学镀铜生产中的反应方程式,计算出每生产1t焊丝要消耗4.54kg的CuSO4.5H2O,消耗1.77kg的H2SO4,产生10.09kg的FeSO4.7H2O,当镀液中ρ(Fe2+)≥44.8g/L时就应调整或更换镀液;指出在化学镀铜溶液配方中CuSO4.5H2O的质量浓度为120~140g/L,H2SO4的质量浓度为80~98g/L,并据此设定酸铜比为1.09~1.11。

Abstract:The thickness of copper plating in electroless copper plating welding wire production is 0.3 μm. The mass fraction of copper calculated is 0.116%. Through reaction equation of electroless copper plating production, it is calculated that the consumption of CuSO4.5H2O is 4.54 kg, H2SO4 is 1.77 kg, production of FeSO4 7H2O is 10.09 kg when 1 ton welding wire is produced. When the concentration of Fe2 + in solution is larger than 44.8 g/L, the solution should be adjusted or changed. It is pointed out that the mass concentration of CuSO4.5H2O is 120 to 140 g/L, H2SO4 is 80 to 98 g/L in the formulation of electroless copper plating. And according to this the sulfuric acid copper ratio is set from 1.09 to 1.11.
