细长轴闭式砂带磨机的设计、安装及调试

为了扩展普通卧式车床的实际加工范围，使得普通卧式车床能够完成细长轴类零件的半精加工、精加工。本文根据车间已有模型提出了此类加工的砂带磨机的设计方案，并对其零部件进行了整体的安装调试，最终投入车间内使用，解决了细长轴类零件的精加工问题。

Design,Installation and Commissioning of Slender Shaft Closed Abrasive Belt Grinding Machine

In order to expand the common horizontal lathe processing scope, the paper designs a new scheme to enable common horizontal lathe to complete semi-finishing and finish machining of slender shaft parts. According to the workshop for model design of abrasive belt grinding machine, the paper proposes fabrication scheme and takes overall installation and debugging to components, finally be used into the workshop, and solves the problem of slender shaft parts finishing.
