摘    要:为确定汽车桥壳的最佳热冲压工艺,采用Gleeble-2000热模拟机研究了静态和动态条件下FSN400钢的连续冷却转变过程,分析了变形温度和冷却速度对试验钢组织转变的影响.结果表明,桥壳热冲压工艺以850 ℃加热,5 ℃·s~(-1)冷却为宜,其组织为铁素体、珠光体和少量粒状贝氏体.

Abstract:In order to optimize the hot punching process of automobile axle housing,the continuous cooling transformation processes of the FSN 400 steel under static and dynamic states were studied by using Gleeble-2000 thermal simulation machine,and the effects of deformation temperature and cooling rate on microstructure of the steels were nalyzed.The results show that the axle housing is preferably hot punched at 850 ℃ and then cooled at rate 5 ℃·s~(-1),and its microstructures are ferrite,pearlite and small amounts of granular bainite.
