| 摘 要： | 七十年代以来,~(99m)Tc标记的肝胆显象剂取代~(131)I标记的玫瑰红。目前,有两类肝胆显象剂,一类是~(99m)Tc-吡哆醛氨基酸类,另一类是~(99m)Tc-乙酰苯胺亚氨二醋酸类衍生物。后者肝脏摄取快,肾脏摄取少,肝胆系统显影清晰,因此应用较广泛,如HIDA(二甲基乙酰苯胺亚氨二醋酸)、EHIDA(二乙基乙酰苯胺亚氨二醋酸)等已在临床应用多年。现报道EHIDA

| Abstract: | This paper reported a new scintigraphy for 36 patients with enterogastric bile-reflux, and 18 patients with obstructive jaundice. 99mTc-EHIDA scintigraphy used in evaluation of diagnosis of two kinds of patients were discussed. 20 of 36 patients with enterogastric bile reflux appeared positive results which associated with severe symptoms and pathological changes. It was sure that this method is useful in diagnosis of patients with enterogastric bile reflux. In addition, we discussed this method used in differential diagnosis of obstructive jaundice. Our studies appeared that this method is a simple, safe, non-invasive and highly physiological. |
