摘    要:我国对粘稠物料的给料输送及其流变特性的研究处于起步阶段,从粘稠物料的定义出发,对两种粘稠物料(污泥和洗煤泥)的危害进行了分析。对用焚烧法处理粘稠物料时炉前的给料输送进行了研究,进而讨论了与给料输送有很大联系的粘稠物料的流变特性的影响因素以及测量方法,可为确定管道的工程设计参数和运行方式提供合理依据,为泵送的选择提供正确的参数,从而完成工业应用的泵与管道输送系统的设计方案。

Abstract:Based on the fact that studies which were concerned with the transportation and rheological behavior of concentrated dopes were at the beginning moment, from getting start with the definition of the concentrated dope, harm of two kinds of concentrated dope was analyzed. The transporting systems of CFB boiler while disposing of concentrated dope by incineration were introduced and analyzed in detail. The rheological behavior, the impact factors on it and methods of measuring it were also researched in this paper, which offered useful reference for people to confirm the running mode and parameters of piping in the engineering design. It also offered correct parameters for selecting piping. Having these parameters, it can achieve the design of pumping and piping in industry.
