用吸附法脱除甲乙酮副产氢气中仲丁醇和甲乙酮的研究

摘    要:介绍甲乙酮生产、使用情况,用改性活性炭吸附甲乙酮副产氢气中的仲丁醇和甲乙酮。结果表明:改性活性炭吸附剂可以有效的净化甲乙酮副产氢气中的仲丁醇和甲乙酮;改性活性炭吸附剂吸附温度为常温,压力0.01MPa,空速不大于120 h-1;改性活性炭吸附剂具有良好的再生性能;吸附装置工艺流程简单,具有良好的工业化应用前景。

Abstract:This article presents the production and use of MEK,emphasizing on adsorption of SBA and MEK from the by-product hydrogen with modified activated carbon.The results show that the activated carbon can effectively purify MEK by-product hydrogen through removing SBA and MEK.The adsorption conditions for modified activated carbon are: temperature,ambient;presser,0.01MPa;space velocity,≤120 h-1.The activated carbon has good regenerability,and the adsorption plant has simple process,indicating bright prospects for industrial application.
