MDT5.0与ANSYS5.6在粒料槽车设计中的运用

摘    要:聚烯烃粒料槽车是目前国际上应用较为普遍的一种聚烯烃粒料散装化运输设备,其尾部的卸料口系在标准圆封上的异形大开孔。笔者结合MDT 5.0与ANSYS 5.6对该异形大孔进行了应力分析及结构设计。工程应用表明,所设计的结构能满足实际制造、粒料槽车卸料的要求;同时,提出了CAD造型软件与有限元分析软件相结合解决工程实际问题的方法。

Abstract:Mobile tank is a popular delivery equipment for bulk polyolefine grain product nowadays. The outlet on the back of tank is a large abnormal opening on elliptical head. In the article, stress analysis and structure design of such opening are carried out by using MDT 5.0 and ANSYS 5.6. The practical application shows that the structure proposed by the article meets with the requirements of product discharge and manufacture. Furthermore, a new method that combines CAD modeling software and finite analysis software to solve the engineering questions is set forth in the article.
