摘    要:分析尿素装置水解解吸工艺冷凝液超标的原因,确认蒸发器百叶窗及顶部分离器缩二脲堵塞是造成此次工艺冷凝液超标的直接原因,并据此提出防范措施,减少同类事故的发生。

Abstract:Analyzes reasons for standard exceeding of hydrolysis desorption process condensate of urea plant. It was found out that the evaporator shutter and the blocking of top separator by the biuret were the direct reasons for standard exceeding. Preventive measures were proposed based on the analysis to avoid similar failures.
