| Abstract: | Analyzes reasons for standard exceeding of hydrolysis desorption process condensate of urea plant. It was found out that the evaporator shutter and the blocking of top separator by the biuret were the direct reasons for standard exceeding. Preventive measures were proposed based on the analysis to avoid similar failures. |
