| 摘 要： | 在分析发电企业业务组成及对发电生产业务进行细分的基础上,指出发电企业除了实施维修外包的专业化管理模式外,可根据企业需要探讨实现将其他业务进行外包的发电专业化管理模式。通过对各种发电专业化管理模式的特征及作用分析,对不同专业化管理模式可被应用的领域进行了归纳。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of business composition of power generation enterprises and segmentation of their production activities, it is pointed out that besides the outsourcing of maintenance, the power generation enterprises should explore multiform specialized management modes of outsourcing other production activities according to their actual need. On analyzing the characteristics and functions of various specialized management modes for power generation enterprises, the fields where the multiform specialized management modes can be applied are summarized. |
