微钒钛高抗震建筑结构钢低周疲劳性能

摘    要:以微钒钛高抗震性能建筑结构钢进行了模拟地震载荷高应变低周疲劳试验。试验结果表明,400MPa级高抗震钢筋按等强度代换原则代替335MPa级20MnSi作混凝土构件是可行的,疲劳寿命相近,避免了脆性断裂,优于20MnSi钢。

Abstract:The high strain low cycle fatigue properties of V Ti micro alloyed high anti seismic structural steel were studied with simulated earthquake loading.The results show that replacement of 335 MPa grade 20MnSi bars with 400 MPa grade high anti seismic reinforced bars for concrete structural components is practicable,according to the principle of equal strength replacement,the low cycle fatigue life of concrete components made with V Ti micro alloyed steel is approximate to those with 20MnSi but the brittle fracture is avoided,so the former is superior.
