显像管防爆带断裂分析

摘    要:采用金相分析、断口观察和硬度测定的方法对显像管用防爆带在安装后不久便断裂的原因进行了分析。研究表明,防爆带失效是由于焊接工艺不当,在其焊接中心区域生成的粗大片状马氏体组织,在应力作用下引发了脆性断裂。

Abstract:The fracture analysis subjected to a kinescope shrink-band after mounting was investigated by means of metallographic examination, fracture analysis and hardness measurement. The coarse lath martensite grain caused during welding process was believed to responsible for the fracture of shrink-band. The fracture was a brittle fracture under stress.
