摘    要:根据输送带垂直限制条件、避免输送带共振条件、托辊轴的刚度限制条件以及托辊轴承的寿命限制条件,给出了正常直线段托辊间距的确定方法,对托辊间距进行了分级。根据受力情况,给出了过渡段托辊间距、凸凹曲线段托辊间距和受料缓冲段托辊间距的确定方法,并附有应用实例。

Abstract:Based on the limited condition such as the belt conveyor's sag, the conveyor belt's resonance, the rigidity of carrier roller's axis and the lifetime of carrier roller's bearing, the paper gives out the determination method of straight-line roller's interval and divides the carrier roller's interval into levels. In order to prevent the over large stretching stress acting at the edge of conveyer belt, the paper gives out the method to determine the roller's interval in transition segment. According to the attached load which the conveyer belt acts at the carrier rollers in the convex and the concave section, the determination method of the roller's interval in the convex and concave section is offered, as well as the determination method of the interval in buffer section of which accepting the matter, and with applied example attached
