摘    要:提出一种记数法布里珀罗(F-P)腔的干涉条纹的光纤压力传感器,可以用于易燃、易爆的环境。阐述了它的设计原理、参数的设置和误差的讨论及改进。试验结果表明:光纤F-P腔脉冲计数压力传感器结构简单、成本低、抗干扰能力强,具有很大的测量范围和分辨力,分别达到10m和0.02%。

Abstract:A fiber-optic pressure sensor by counting interference stripe of Fabry-Perot(F-P) cavity is introduced,which can be used in some inflammable and explosive circumstance.The principle and the configuration parameters design of the sensor are described.Factors of error and future improvements are discussed.Experiment result shows the fiber-optic sensor with F-P cavity is simple in design,low in cost,excellent in anti-interference ability and precise in pressure detecting.It can reach 10 m in measurement range and 0.02 % in accurancy.
