| 摘 要： | 通过了解煤矿企业办公自动化的发展过程和特点,结合当前发展的计算机技术、通讯技术、信息处理技术提出了煤矿企业办公自动化系统的基本框架和应具备的基本功能,为沟通企业部门内网和外网信息的流通,实现了公文流转的无纸办公。
