| 摘 要： | 中国的证券市场由于发展在先,立法在后,市场监管不严,信息披露不力,证券市场存在着过度投机、非稳定性的现象。本文主要从机构投资者和个人投资者在信息不对称下的博弈行为进行分析,说明机构投资者坐庄套利的行为,并对稳定我国证券市场提出了相应的建议。

| Abstract: | As Chinese securities market developed firstly before the law making, the market is supervised loosely and the information is revealed ineffectively, there exist the phenomenon of excessive speculation and instability. This paper illustrats the arbitrageof the institutional investor as a banker and offers some suggestions through analyzing the game between the institutional investor and the individual investor under the condition of asymmetric information. |
