摘    要:为提高铁尾矿的利用率,以普通硅酸盐水泥为基质材料,铁尾矿为掺和料,通过化学发泡法制备发泡水泥。研究了铁尾矿掺量、发泡剂用量、水灰比、硬脂酸钙等因素对发泡水泥抗压强度和密度的影响,并确定最佳原料配比。结果表明,原料最佳配比为:铁尾矿55%,普通硅酸盐水泥45%,发泡剂8%,硬脂酸钙0.35%,聚丙烯纤维0.3%,在水胶比为0.43的条件下,发泡水泥7 d和28 d抗压强度分别为1.35 MPa和1.65 MPa,干密度为698.25 kg/m~3。

Abstract:In order to improve the utilization rate of iron tailings,ordinary cement is used as a host material and iron tailings are used as admixtures to prepare foamed cement through a chemical foaming method.The effects of iron tailings content,foaming agent content,water-cement ratio,calcium stearate and other factors on the compressive strength and density of foamed cement were studied,and the best raw material ratio was determined.The results show that under the condition of setting water-to-binder ratio being 0.43,with the iron tailings mixture ratio 55%,ordinary Portland cement 45%,foaming agent 8%,calcium stearate 0.35%,polypropylene fiber 0.3%,the compressive strengths of foam cement at 7 d and 28 d are 1.35 MPa and 1.65 MPa respectively,and the dry density is 698.25 kg/m3.
