摘    要:采用改进Hummers法和超声波分散法制备氧化石墨烯(GO)片层分散液,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)仪和热重分析(TGA)仪对GO-水泥砂浆复合材料进行表征,研究GO掺量与水泥砂浆复合材料抗压、抗拉强度的相关性,并从微观角度揭示GO掺量对水泥砂浆的调控机理。结果表明,GO最佳掺量为水泥质量0.1%,此掺量下复合材料的抗拉强度和抗压强度分别提高37.5%和77.2%。适量GO能促进水泥砂浆水化晶体生长,改变晶体尺寸和形状,实现对水泥砂浆微观结构的调控。

Abstract:Modified Hummers and ultrasonic dispersion method were used to prepare the GO lamellar dispersion,the GO cement mortar composite was detected and characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA);the relationship between the GO content and the compressive and tensile strength of the cement mortar composite was studied,and the regulation mechanism of GO content on the cement mortar was revealed from the microscopic point of view.The results show that the best GO content is 0.1%of the cement mass,and the tensile strength and compressive strength of the composite increased by 37.5%and 77.2%respectively.The appropriate amount of GO can promote the growth of cement mortar hydration crystals,change the size and shape of the crystal,and realize the control of cement mortar microstructure.
