摘    要:以气体硫磺为还原介质,对磷石膏中CaSO4进行预还原,控制原料中CaS与CaSO4摩尔比,再通过二次高温烧结,CaS与部分CaSO4发生氧化还原,生成的CaO与未还原的CaSO4和硅铝质原料高温烧结可形成硫铝酸盐水泥熟料.结果表明,S与CaSO4的摩尔比为3,900℃保温1.5 h,预还原磷石膏中CaS和CaSO4摩尔...

Abstract:CaSO4 in phosphogypsum is pre-reduced with gaseous sulfur as reducing medium.The molar ratio of CaS to CaSO4 in the pre returned raw material is controlled.Through secondary high-temperature reduction and sintering,CaS and part of CaSO4 are oxidized and reduced.The generated CaO is sintered with the unreduced CaSO4 and aluminosilicate raw materials at high temperature to form sulphoaluminate.The results show that the molar ratio of S to CaSO4 is 3,soaking at 900℃for 1.5 h,and the molar ratio of CaS to CaSO4 in the pre-reduced raw material is 1∶4.36,which means that the decomposition rate of phosphogypsum is 23.90%.The main mineral phases of the clinker are C4A3S,C2S and C4AF.The 7 d compressive strength of cement paste is 37.5 MPa.The production of 1 t Belite sulphoaluminate cement clinker can use about 0.59 t phosphogypsum,and the consumption of phosphogypsum is increased by 9 times.
