摘    要:本试验主要研究煤系高岭土有机改性及其对橡胶的补强性能。将经过表面改性的煤系高岭土部分替代白炭黑填充到丁苯橡胶(SBR)基体中,利用熔融共混法制备出改性高岭土/SBR复合材料,并进行硫化性能及力学性能分析。结果表明,改性煤系高岭土的替代量为60%时,t10(焦烧时间)和t90(正硫化时间)达到最小值,300%定伸应力达到8.0 MPa,拉伸强度达到20.0 MPa,撕裂强度达到60 kN/m,SBR复合材料的硫化加工性能与力学性能均明显改善。

Abstract:In this study,the organic modification of coal series kaolin and its reinforcing properties of the rubber were investigated.The surfacemodified coal series kaolin was partially filled with white carbon to the styrene-butadiene rubber matrix,the modified kaolin/SBR composite was prepared by melt blending method,and the vulcanization and mechanical properties were analyzed.The results show that when the filling fraction of modified coal kaolin is 60%,t10 and t90 reach the minimum value,300%tensile stress reaches 8.0 MPa,tensile strength reaches 20.0 MPa,tear strength reaches 60 kN/m.The vulcanization and mechanical properties of SBR composite are significantly improved.
