摘    要:以活化钼尾矿为主要原料,在碱激发作用下制备地聚物胶凝材料.考察了激发剂模数、硅铝摩尔比、液固比等因素对钼尾矿地聚物胶凝材料力学性能的影响.通过X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)和扫描电镜(SEM)等检测手段对样品进行表征.结果表明,钼尾矿地聚物胶凝材料的最佳制备条件为:激发剂模数1.6,硅铝摩尔比2.8,...

Abstract:Using activated molybdenum tailings as the main raw material,the geopolymer cementitious material was prepared under the action of alkali excitation.The effects of the modulus of the activator,the molar ratio of silicon to aluminum,the liquid-solid ratio on the mechanical properties of the cementitious materials of molybdenum tailings were investigated.The samples were characterized by XRD,FTIR and SEM.The best preparation conditions for the cementing materials of molybdenum tailings were as follows:the modulus of the activator being 1.6,the molar ratio of silicon to aluminum being 2.8,and the liquid-solid ratio being 0.30.The 3 d compressive strength of the polymer reached 42.4 MPa,the 7 d compressive strength reached 47.6 MPa,and the 28 d compressive strength reached 51.3 MPa.The microscopic analysis shows that under alkaline conditions,the active Si and Al in raw materials dissolve out and participate in the dehydration polycondensation reaction.With the increase of age,the degree of hydration is deepened,and the geopolymer becomes denser and has better mechanical properties.
