摘    要:将维护系统作为ICMMS的一个子系统,讨论了其分析与设计的详细方法与步骤,基本思想是用户需求驱动、功能分解、逐步细化与具体化;讨论了作为ICMMS框架中维护系统最重要部分的预知维护的功能层通用模型;提出了一种利用人工神经网络构成动态辨识模型,实现设备状态预测和态势分析方法,为预知维护的实现打下基础。对这些方法在水轮发电机组调速的维护系统分析与设计中的应用作了简要介绍。

Abstract:The basic architecture and characteristics of maintenance system in framework of ICMMS are introduced in this paper. The detailed analysis and design method for maintenance system is put forward. Its main strategy is user driving, function decomposing, subdividing and reifying step by step. The reference model of function layer for predictive maintenance, which is the most important part of maintenance system in framework of ICMMS, is discussed. An approach to realize state supervision, prediction and status analysis based on an ANN dynamic identification model is brought forward too. As an example, the way of using these methods to analyze and design the maintenance system of servomechanism of hydroelectric set governor is introduced briefly.
