| 摘 要： | 铝合金材料在现代工业中的应用非常广泛，但是，使用传统的加工方法加工铝合金材料存在零件变形的问题。本文从先进加工方法、加工刀具、热处理方法几个方面探讨了解决铝合金加工变形的方法。在加工余量一定的情况下，每次加工的余量越小，反转的次数越多，则工件加工后变形越小。在加工过程中如果利用切削液进行冷却，效果更好。

| Abstract: | The aluminum alloy materials have been widely used in the modern industries. However, there exists the problems of distortion when these kinds of materials are processed with the traditional processing techniques. This article is expounded such aspects as the advanced processing methods, the processing cutting tools and the methods of the heat-treatment so as to solve the problems of the distortion when the aluminum alloy materials are processed. |
