一种新型胶带输送机传动机构的研究

摘    要:在LGJ1000沥青混凝土给料机的胶带输送机上采用了一种新型的传动机构,并获得了专利。该传动机构采用链条与链轮啮合传动,由液压马达驱动。对该传动装置进行了运动学和动力学分析,认为链条在与链轮啮合时的速度、加速度及动态张力的变化都与链条的速度、节距、链轮的齿数这3个参数有密切的关系。因此通过增大链条的运行速度、减小链条的节距、并适当增大链轮的齿数,减少和消除了啮合时的动载荷、减小运行的速度变化、提高了传动的平稳性。

Abstract:A new type of drive mechanism is adopted on rubber belt conveyor of model LGJ1000 asphalt concrete transfer vehicle and a patent has been granted. The mechanism is driven by hydraulic motor and the power is transferred via sprockets and chain. Through the kinematic and dynamic analysis on the mechanism, it is found that the variations of speed, acceleration and dynamic tension of the chain while meshing with sprockets are closely related to three parameters: chain speed, chain pitch and tooth numbers of the sprockets. Therefore, drive smoothness can be enhanced by increasing chain speed, decreasing chain pitch and properly increasing tooth numbers of the sprockets to decrease or eliminate dynamic meshing loads and reduce drive speed variation.
