遥感与GIS在洪水灾情分析中的应用

摘    要:在探讨不同遥感平台(卫星、飞机和地面)获得的不同种类(波段)遥感信息监测洪水灾害的基础上,分析了应用复合遥感信息监测洪水灾害的可能性和先进性,设计了1个专用于地理信息系统洪灾损失信息存储和管理洪水灾情分析所需的信息系统,最后,探讨了洪水灾情信息快速获取的途径,建立起基于遥感和GIS的洪水灾情分析模型FLOODAM试验研究表明,运用该模型可快速获取洪水淹没范围区内灾害的损失信息

Abstract:Based on the discussion on the advantages and shortcomings of flood monitoring by using different kinds of remote sensing information derived from different sensors and platforms (satellite,airplane,and ground etc.),the possibility and advantage of the application of integrated remote sensing information in flood monitoring is analyzed in this paper.A special GIS,flood damage information system,is designed to manage and process information for flood damage analysis.A flood damage model based on remote sensing and GIS FLOODAM,is established to rapidly and preciously determine flooding area and evaluate flood damage.
