真空罐内太阳模拟灯阵的控制系统

摘    要:太阳模拟灯阵采用氙灯作为太阳模拟光源,本文专门设计了氖灯光源控制系统。该控制系统由硬件和软件两部分构成,其中硬件部分由温度采集系统、氙灯触发控制系统、辐照度控制系统3个子系统组成;软件部分实现了整个系统的智能控制,并实时采集存储辐照度数据,调整氙灯电流使其输出辐照度在设定值允许的范围内,实现闭环控制。经过多次试验,均满足太阳模拟灯阵的正常使用,从而验证了控制系统设计的正确性。

Abstract:Xe flash lamps are adopted as light source of solar simulation flash-lamp array,in order to solve the problem of control,a special control system for xenon lamp was designed.The control system consists of hardware and software.The hardware consists of the temperature acquisition system,xenon lamp trigger control system and the irradiance control system.The software realizes intelligent control of the whole system and real-time data storage of irradance while it realizes close-circle control by adjusting current of xenon lamp to make the output irradance in the range of set values.After several tests,the system meets the normal use of solar simulation lamp array,so the correctness of this electronic control system design is verified.
