发电商垄断市场行为的仿真分析

摘    要:基于地理位置和电网运输成本约束条件提出一个基于多主体的发电商动态演化博弈仿真模型。该模型假定在一个二维平面中均匀分布多个相互分割的市场,在资源较丰富地区分布着发电商,发电商可以在不同市场中分别进行产量和价格决策,以使其总体利润最大化。通过仿真分析得出以下结论:电力市场中电网运输成本使发电商存在一个明显的垄断边界交叉区域,该区域随电网运输成本的降低而不断扩大。从发电商的自然特性来讲,增加发电商的规模可以在一定程度上缓解电力紧张的局面。但由于输电成本的存在,该措施并不能从根本上解决发电商在电力市场中的垄断市场力。

Abstract:Based on the constraints of geographical position and network transportation cost,a multi-agent based simulation model for dynamic evolution game is proposed,in which it is supposed that in a two dimensional plane multi inter-divided monopolistic markets are averagely distributed. The power generation companies are distributed in the rich resources region and the power generation companies can make the decision of output and price respectively in different markets to ensure the overall profit maximized. By means of simulation analysis following conclusion is obtained:in electricity market the network transportation cost brings about an evident monopoly border cross region for power generation companies,which spreads along with the reduction of network transportation cost. On the part of power generation company's natural characteristic,increasing the number of the power plants can alleviate the situation of power supply shortage to a certain extent,however,because of the existence of transmission cost,the monopolistic market power of power generation companies in electricity market can not be eliminated at the root by this manner.
