含MSD结构应力强度因子半解析数值算法研究

摘    要:对典型多源损伤(Multiple Sites Damages ,MSD)构型——有限宽板共线孔边随机多裂纹——应力强度因子计算进行了半解析数值算法的细节构造。对参考载荷作用形式下共线孔边单裂纹的组合法应力强度因子系数进行了拟合,使用有限元应力计算格式下的单裂纹权函数,配合交替迭代法,对复杂加载情况下多裂纹应力强度因子进行计算。通过算例验证算法的正确性及可靠性。

Abstract:Long strip elements are plentiful in aircraft structure; they represent one type of MSD structure. Existing methods are unsatisfactory in one way or another for determining SIFs of long strip elements. We propose a better method that is semi analytical and numerical and that bypasses to a large extent the shortcomings of existing methods. Sections 1 and 2 describe in detail our method; section 1 explains the principles and construction of a semi analytical algorithm; one special and quite important part of our method requires full discussion in section 2. Section 3 gives a numerical example in the form of a long strip of finite width with two cracked holes; numerical results show preliminarily that our method is indeed better than existing ones. We expect that our method is promising for wide use in SIF calculation of MSD structure with complex loading and geometrical boundaries.
