层燃式焚烧炉中垃圾团块内部温度场分析

摘    要:建立了层燃式焚烧炉中垃圾团块的圆柱状多孔介质模型,得到了不同烟速、烟温和不同垃圾尺寸下的轴向、径向有效导热系数,并用二维非稳态传热分析方法,求得了垃圾团块内部的温度场和中心点的升温时间曲线。

Abstract:A cylindrical porous media model for waste lump in mass burning incinerator was established.Its axial and radial effective conductivities were derived respectivelies,at different gas velocities,different gas temperatures and different waste sizes.The temperature distribution inside the waste lump and the curves of the relationship between the center temperature and the heating time were obtained by means of two dimensional unsteady heat transfer.
