| 摘 要： | 介绍了一个基于PLC的发油控制系统。以西门子S7-200的CPU224PLC为核心器件,再配以EM277扩展模块作为Profibus-DP从站,主站使用工控PC配以CP5611通信卡;主站与从站之间的通信遵循Profibus协议;PLC对油泵和电液阀的闭环控制达到精确发油。系统可靠性高、寿命长、维护量小,Profibus现场总线通信快捷可靠、抗干扰能力强。该系统现在已经成功地应用于发油现场。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces an oil control system based on PLC, its main apparatus is CPU224 of S7-200, and has the EM277 expanded module as Profibus-DP substation. Main station uses industrial control PC with CP5611 communication card. The communication between main station and substation follows Profibus protocol. The pump and valve are accurately controlled by PLC. The system has high reliability, long life-span, little mount of conservation. Communication is fast, reliable, and its anti-jamming ability is strong. The system has already been successfully applied in oil field. |
