Finline L to Q band upconverter |

| Abstract: | An L to Q band upconverter using finline configuration is developed. The conversion losses of 9.45±0.35 dB are achieved over 400MHz bandwidth. A more effective 180° hybrid and a planar backshort are used in the finline upconverter. |
