摘    要:针对模糊信息的定量评估难题, 在研究多属性决策问题的基础上提出基于群体一致性强度的模糊评估方法. 利用证据理论合成评估值后, 引入语义折扣因子的概念, 将区间评估信息转化为确定的评估值; 设计群体一致性强度 指标, 最优化语义折扣因子的取值, 使得评估方法能够体现评估中的主流意见; 通过软件可信评估实例验证了所提出方法可有效解决模糊评估信息的分析和合成问题.

Abstract:The method of fuzzy evaluation based on group consistency intensity is proposed for the quantitative evaluation problem of fuzzy information through researching the problem of multiple attributes decision making. The interval values of evaluation can be synthesized by using the Dempster-Shafer theory and transformed to certain value by using the concept of linguistic discount factor. Meanwhile, the group consistency intensity is used to determine the value of linguistic discount factor, which can reflect the mainstream opinions in the assessment. Finally, the instance of trusted software evaluation is analyzed to verify that the proposed method can solve the analysis and synthesis of fuzzy evaluation information effectively.
