阻垢剂性能评定方法中的问题与讨论

摘    要:通过阻垢作用机理的回顾,对目前常用阻垢剂评定方法的特点与局限性进行了讨论,认为静态阻垢法、鼓泡法、极限碳酸盐硬度法、pH位移法和电导法评价的只是阻垢剂的螯合能力和部分分散能力,无法考虑其余分散能力和晶格畸变能力的贡献,因此都只适用于中低硬度系统中阻垢剂性能的评定。最后对能够评定阻垢剂分散能力和晶格畸变能力的方法进行了初步介绍。

Abstract:By reviewing the inhibition mechanisms of scale inhibitors which are commonly used in daily life, their charecteristics and limitation are discussed. It is proved that only chelation and part of dispersion capacities of the scale inhibitors can be evaluated by the static method, aeration method, utmost carbonate hardness method, pH shift method and conductance method. The rest part of the dispersion capacity and the crystal distortion capacity cannot be considered by the above methods. Therefore, these methods are only suitable for middle-or low hardness cooling systems. At the end, the evaluation methods concerning the dispersion capacity and crystal distortion capacity of scale inhibition have been introduced.
