大豆异黄酮提取方法的解析

摘    要:对大豆异黄酮的提取方法溶剂萃取法,超临界流体萃取法,超声波萃取法和微波萃取法进行了对比。溶剂萃取法工艺简单,但有溶剂残留,产品收率低,纯度低。超临界流体萃取法提取率高,产品纯度好,流程简单,能耗低,无有机溶剂残留,但对设备要求高,不易形成工业化生产。超声波辅助萃取法快速、价廉、提取率高,但工业化生产还需进一步研究。微波萃取法可缩短萃取时间,提高提取率,但耗能大,成本高。

Abstract:Preparation methods of soybean isoflavones including solvent extraction,supercritical CO2 fluid extraction,ultrasonic-assisted extraction,microwave extraction were compared.Solvent extraction method has simple production process,but it has many weakness such as solvent residual,lower yield,lower purity.Supercritical CO2 fluid extraction exhibits many advantages such as higher extraction yield and product purity,simple production process,lower energy consumption and without solvent residual,but its equipment requirement is high,and it is not easy to realize commercial process.Utrasonic-assisted extraction has many advantages such as shorten duration,lower cost,higher extraction yield,but commercial process demands further research.Microwave extraction can shorten extraction time,increase extraction yield,but energy consumption and product cost are high.
