摘    要:膨胀尾管悬挂器是以膨胀管技术为基础发展起来的一种新型尾管悬挂器,它可以克服常规尾管悬挂器的诸多不足并且可以大大降低成本。论述了膨胀尾管的悬挂原理,通过室内实验分析了金属环在悬挂器中的工作机理,利用ansys ls-dyna非线性有限元软件对不同结构参数的金属环所提供的悬挂力进行仿真计算,通过对比得到了结论。

Abstract:Expandable liner hanger is an emerging liner hanger developed on the basis of expandable tubular technology, which can compensate the disadvantages of conventional liner hanger and reduce the cost. This paper introduces the principle of expandable liner hanger and analyzes the working mechanism of metal rings in liner hanger by indoor experiment. The suspension force provided by metal rings with different structure parameters is simulated based on ansys ls-dyna nonlinear finite element software. The conclusion is proposed through comparing data obtained from indoor experiment and simulation.
