适于稠油热采井的高温固砂技术研究

摘    要:八面河油田部分区块油稠,出砂严重,机械防砂方式无法满足生产需要,而稠油开采中注汽温度高,普通化学固砂方法难以在高温条件下保持固砂作用。研究开发适合稠油注汽开发过程的高温固砂剂,运用在现场中效果较好。实践表明,该高温固砂技术封堵强度高、固砂性能好、对地层损害小,反应易于控制、工艺简单、使用安全,能较好地解决注汽开采的稠油井的出砂问题。

Research on Sand Controlling Technique of Thermal Endurance Right for Thickened Oil Exploration

Abstract:Considefing high density of oil and heavy sanct production in some areas of Bamianhe Oil Field, mechanical sand control cannot meet the needs of oil production nor can common chemical sand--fixation maintain its effects under high temperature of steam injection during thickened oil exploration. This paper had studied and developed sand controlling agent of thermal endurance fight for the steam injection process during thickened oil exploration and achieved positive results in practice. The sand comrol under high temperature technique performs well in plugging, sand control, dose little damage to formation while it's easy to monitor, simple to produce and safe in practice. This technique can handle the sand production problem of thickened oil wells under steam injection exploration fairly well
