| Abstract: | An introduction is given to the production of long-acting slow-release compound fertilizers in the one-step spherodizer, its process flow, main equipment structure, and process operating conditions. A detailed analysis is given of the key pieces of equipment for the mixing process, viz., the methylene urea reactor and the ammoniation granulator, their operation and process conditions, such as temperature and water content. |
